Demand Humanity in Fashion and help Bangladeshi garment workers win their fight for an increase in the minimum wage.

Demand Humanity in Fashion and help Bangladeshi garment workers win their fight for an increase in the minimum wage.

On Monday 19th July 2010 Liz Jones from The Daily Mail worked with People Tree founder Safia Minney to publish a comprehensive article on the pleas of Bangladeshi garment factory workers to treble the minimum wage.

Some of the high streets best known retailers claim they are seeking ethical sourcing but refuse to pay slightly higher prices.

Following months of protests by garment workers The National Garment

Workers Federation in Bangladesh has given the government until 27th July to honour their commitment to treble the minimum wage.

If you believe in Humanity in Fashion sign our petition by 26th July and we will forward it to the National Garment Workers Federation so they can show these companies their customers demand change.

Sign up to support garment factory workers pleas for a living wage.
